No. Law Lenz is education and coaching, not legal advice and not legal representation. I am a practising lawyer, which means what you get is grounded in real legal knowledge. But I am not acting as your lawyer and this is not a formal client relationship. If you need that, I will tell you and point you in the right direction.
Yes. What you share in a coaching session stays between you and me. Workshops are delivered to your team so people in the room will hear each other's questions and answers, but nothing goes beyond that.
AI can find the legislation. It can write you a script and tell you what the process should look like. What it cannot do is tell you whether what you are about to do will actually hold up, or flag the thing you did not know to ask about. Employment law in practice is not just knowing the rules. It is knowing how they apply to your specific situation, your specific employee, and your specific history. That takes judgment. Judgment is not something you can prompt for.
A lawyer acts for you in a dispute. Law Lenz keeps you out of one. This is education, training and coaching, not legal representation. It is also a fraction of the cost of finding out the hard way.
It depends on the service. Coaching is charged per session with a bundle option if you need ongoing support. Workshops are priced based on your team size and what you need covered.
